Rare Orig Vintage 45 Record - THE TREND Band Aid/Electric Chair Garage Pop/Punk
Up for your consideration is one of the rarest pop/punk records ever produced. This is an original pressing of The Trends Band Aid/Electric Chair 45 record from 1980. I have been the original owner of this record for the last 38 years. I attended North Syracuse High School from 1979 to 1983. I was part of the same "new wave/punk rock" circle and hung out with these guys, jamming with them on occasion and hanging out with them at local punk/new wave clubs. They are some of my personal fondest teenage memories. Why have I decided to part with the record? I am not a record collector and at this point in my life, I would like to see it go to someone who will appreciate it as much as I did for the last 38 years. I rarely played this record; maybe two or three times. It is in near mint condition guaranteed. There is a small area of extremely light scratching noticeable upon very close inspection and I mention this strictly for accuracy. I does not affect the play whatsoever. Had it not been for this, I would consider the record to be in mint to gem mint condition. The original sleeve is in very good to excellent condition; clean with minimal wear. The original inner sleeve is also included. AS A BONUS! I am throwing in an original business card of the band's manager at the time. I digitally blacked out their name and address for privacy reasons. The blackout does not appear on the card itself.
I am placing what I believe to be a fair market value price on the record, taking into consideration it's condition and history. Original pressings of this 45 do not come up for purchase very often so don't lose out.
