Released on Park Ave 129 this is an amazing Rare PROMOTIONAL 45 rpm TONY MARTIN PARK AVE lb Foot Steps Of A Fool with Broadway Broken Heart on the other side.   No idea what Popcorn Mod means other than I saw a similar record with these words in the title that sold.  Anyway, this record is in amazing condition.  Other than the two x's that someone put on one side's paper label, there is a small spot where the paper label has bubbled up a little bit on each side of the record.  The surface has a great shine and not much in terms of scratches only light surface stuff, I gurantee that you will be satisfied with this one.   I am offering the regular varitation of this same record this week along with some other promotional Tony Martin 45s.  Win both or all and save on shipping.
