Screaming '60s Philadelphia  Funk/Soul from Carl Holmes (who would later release the heavy Investigation No. 1 LP).  Small label release and very rare - Crossin' Over is supremely funky soul, Soul Dance No. 3 is a raw Wilson Pickett cover and perfect for '60s/mod dancefloors.  Tough to find, check the sample for clips of both sides...
