I'm not a record expert but the record is sealed and has never been opened so that makes it easier
There is ringwear in the middle (note: it's hard to capture the ringwear in the pictures - so you really don't see it in pics) and other rubbing and there is definite wear at the corners - including fraying, bumps and creases Because there are tears in the shrink-wrap some dirt has gotten under the shrink-wrap Please look at the pictures very carefully for condition specifics
