Up for auction is the very rare 1977 Disco Promo Only 12" Classic "Down, Down, Down B/W Over and Over" by Sylvester on Fantasy Records #F-797-D. The vinyl is NM with no visible wear and excellent shine. The jacket is NM with no ring or edge wear or splits and only very very minor wear. A tough promo to find!! I will be selling LOADS of rare Disco, Soul, Northern Soul and Funk over the next few weeks so stay tuned! Low starting bid and no reserve. Please see my auctions for more rare vinyl. From Wikipedia: Sylvester James (September 6, 1947 – December 16, 1988) better known as Sylvester, was an American disco and soul singer, and a gay drag performer. Sylvester was sometimes known as the "Queen of Disco," although this moniker has also been bestowed on some of the ladies of the disco era (i.e. Gloria Gaynor, Donna Summer).
