Description
THE MIDNIGHTERS (with FRANK BALLARD) 12-inch, 33 1/3 RPM LP record album:
Their Greatest Hits. Federal 541. 1955. Fair Record, Fair cover. Solid record labels (small # sticker on one label), considerable general play/handling wear but no deep gouges, no abuse... may still play through (but likely with considerable noise). Purchase this album as a rare piece of Rock history, to display (not to play...). Heavy general cover handling wear, tape remnants/marks, top and left seams are split (bottom seam mostly split). This is their debut album -- RARE record -- popular price guides value this album at $1000+ in Near Mint...
PLEASE NOTE: This auction is just one of my many LP record album auctions ending over this couple day period; PLEASE SEE MY OTHER AUCTIONS to combine wins and SAVE on your shipping cost!
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING: I accept PAYPAL. Ebay does not allow mention here of the better (both for buyer and seller) alternatives because Ebay controls Paypal, enabling Ebay & Paypal to charge their excessive fees and other restrictive/disingenuous practices. U.S. buyers will receive their package via either USPS Media Mail or USPS Priority Mail at the shipping/handling rates calculated in this listing (these rate estimates include USPS delivery confirmation, the Ebay/Paypal shipping surcharges, and postage & materials/boxes -- I carefully wrap and ship in secure solid corrugated boxes). Or, if you'd prefer, I'd be pleased to work with you re other shipping / pay possibilities.
COMBINING WINS: Since my group of auctions will end over a tight couple/few day period, it'll be fine to wait re payment so that I can determine the combined shipment cost. In fact, if you have multiple wins or are continuing to bid, PLEASE PLEASE WAIT for my invoice before making payment, so that the total will properly reflect the combined shipping savings to your specific address. I will issue invoices to all winning bidders after the entire group of auctions has ended.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS (buyers with addresses outside the U.S.) can and SHOULD INQUIRE re specific shipping cost estimates/choices to your address -- I do my best to pass along just my actual shipping costs. International buyers, please also understand that I cannot predict nor be responsible for any fees or delays at the customs office of your country.
GRADING: I do my best to grade conservatively, following Goldmine-type grading standards. To be 'Mint', record must be still sealed/unopened in its original packaging; therefore the normal grading sequence for used records (ie opened, unsealed records) is 'Near Mint', 'Very Good', 'Good' - -- please see my excellent feedback and other record auctions.
Thanks, and good luck!! -- K
