Description
Rare THE YARDBIRDS "Five Live Yardbirds" original EMI/Columbia UK LP, with original EMI insert sleeve. EMI/Columbia Records. Mono SX 1677. (Black Columbia Box Label). Cover EX/Record EX. The Yardbirds Live, with Eric Clapton. Despite being only the start of his long and illustrious career, Eric Clapton never played more convincing (or more enjoyable) blues than with the Yardbirds. The youthful energy and enthusiasm, and the tightness of the band combine to produce a magical recording. If you like John Mayall or the early Stones, don't miss this album - it's even better! This is a classic rare historic find! Cover was in a plastic wrapper for years and is in nice shape (still glossy finish), and has very slight wear, preventing Near Mint grade. Record is in nice shape, has slight wear (some very light "scuffy" scratches), otherwise it would be in Near Mint condition! We guarantee all of our LPs to be as described.
