Plus: “Seven Deadly Sins”
On offer here is a VERY rare LP by Plus called “Seven Deadly Sins”
It is an ORIGINAL 1970 UK 1ST Pressing on the extremely collectable “Probe” label.
This version is the laminated “flipback” cover release and not to be confused with the US 1969 release which I believe came in a Gatefold sleeve.
This project evolved in the studio and represents a musical interpretation of “The Seven Deadly Sins” and makes for a very interesting listening experience.
Lots of good rockin’ stuff full of atmospherics.
Avoid playing to your local Vicar if he comes round for Sunday afternoon tea.
The band were: Max Simms – Bass, Mike Newman – Drums and Tony Newman – Guitar.
Must admit to being not really sure as to who was handling the vocal duties.

Earth Wave grades its records very conservatively, pursuant to the following standard.
Near Mint: (NM): Record has some inconsequential flaws or blemishes but plays perfectly. Covers should still be close to perfect with minor signs of age or wear becoming evident.
Mint Minus: (M-) Record have more visual imperfections and may have faintly discernable imperfection in audio. Covers might have more visible signs of wear (ie, slight ring wear and denting, etc..).
Very Good Plus Plus: (VG++) Record is visually lesser condition than M-. The disc usually has many fine hairlines and paper scuffs. Actual play is close to M-. Covers on VG++ albums may have more visible wear such as heavy ring wear and split seams.
