Description
A fine original stereo UK copy of the 45rpm single "Time" c/w "The War Machine" by LEVIATHAN released on Elektra (EKSN 45057) in 1969. As you may well know, this is the same band as The Mike Stuart Span who released the brilliant "Children of Tomorrow". This was Leviathan's 2nd single release and it is indeed a superb one. The A-side is slow and moody and has some awesomely sensitive guitar by Brian Bennett. The B-side is also great but more heavy with some thrashier guitars.
The single comes in a plain white sleeve and has the orange red Elektra label which is unworn and only has one spindle mark. The 45 is in EX condition with only very slight hairline marks from the bag and one scuff at the start of the B-side which doesn't sound. There is some very slight surface noice at the start of each side but nothing distracting. Plays great and has a full stereo sound!
