OUR GRADING — GOLDMINE STANDARD

Most records are visually graded using the widely recognized Goldmine standard, also referenced by Discogs. We grade conservatively to help manage expectations.

• MINT (M): Vinyl is brand new, flawless, unplayed, and usually sealed. Cover is perfect, without creases, folds, or defects.

• NEAR MINT (NM / M-) / EXCELLENT (EX): Vinyl is nearly perfect, with only minor scuffs or paper wisps that generally do not affect play. Cover is clean and crisp, without ring wear, creases, or seam splits.

• VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+): Vinyl shows light use, slight scuffs or scratches, and may produce faint pops or crackles during quiet passages. Cover may have minor corner or ring wear or a small seam split.

• VERY GOOD (VG): Noticeable vinyl wear and scratches may cause clicks or light surface noise, but the record should play through without skipping. Cover may show ring wear, split seams, small writing, or stickers.

• GOOD PLUS (G+) / GOOD (G): Vinyl may play through but can skip; expect heavier noise, pops, crackles, or slight warping. Cover may have heavy wear, major seam splits, tape repairs, or substantial writing.

• FAIR (F) / POOR (P) / WORN (W): Vinyl may have deep scratches, frequent skipping, severe warping, or unplayable sections. Covers may be torn, water-damaged, heavily taped, or falling apart.

IMPORTANT PLAYBACK INFORMATION

Unless stated otherwise, records are visually graded. Play-testing every record is not practical, but we can test records upon request when feasible. Please message us before purchasing.

If playback issues occur, thoroughly clean the record and check your stylus and cartridge. Dirt, debris, worn styli, or improper setup can cause skips unrelated to the record. If the problem persists, contact us so we can work toward a resolution.

100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Review all photos and condition details carefully, and ask questions before purchasing. We respond promptly and make every effort to help.

If you’re dissatisfied, please contact us BEFORE leaving feedback. We want the opportunity to understand your concern and make things right.

When applicable, we’ll work toward an appropriate resolution, including a return and full refund, including return shipping when permitted, once the item is returned in its original condition.

📦 PACKAGING & SHIPPING

• Records ship outside the jacket in a new anti-static inner sleeve to help prevent seam splits.

• Securely packed in sturdy LP mailers with protective materials.

• Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days.

• Combine orders to save on shipping.

• eBay may not automatically combine shipping when offers are accepted; applicable shipping overages will be refunded after processing.

We take packaging seriously to protect collectible vinyl in transit.

↩️ RETURNS

Review photos and condition details carefully and ask questions before purchasing. If returning an item, repack it as received to help prevent damage.

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and damage immediately and contact us. Photos may be required for insurance claims.

Your positive feedback supports our small business and helps us bring thousands of records to collectors worldwide. You’ll also receive exclusive discounts on future purchases.
