Artist: Ravi Shankar and Ali Akbar Khan. Recorded in Collaboration with the Inter-National Cultural Centre.
Title: Classical Indian Music
Label: Parlophone Odeon PMAE. 502 (Made in India).
Front cover: NM Fantastic gloss and sheen, nice and bright and clean. Paper jacket has a ripple.
Back cover: EX+ A few random brown discolorations.
Vinyl: NM Nice gloss and sheen. Looks virtually unplayed. Some very light surface paper scuffs/marks.
Fantasic original pressing from India. Probably from the 1960s. As an extra bonus, we will include the well-worn plastic sleeve it originally came in from the record shop in India, Maharajal & Sons, Delhi and New Delhi. We tend to be very conservative in our record grading. We reserve the grade of MINT only for sealed albums. If you have any questions, please ask.
About packing....we take great care with our packing. We use sturdy professional record mailers, remove the vinyl from the jacket and place it next to the jacket in a separate stock sleeve and ship them together (we sometimes use an additional empty jacket as well). (Unless the record is still sealed, in which case we leave it "as is"). We use extra padding, etc.
About shipping....Domestic is shipped Media Mail or Priority Mail in record mailer, includes delivery confirmation. International is shipped First Class International or Priority International, as requested. We generally ship within 2 business days of payment receipt. If you have any special shipping, packing or payment requests, please let us know before paying for item, thanks.
International buyers, please note....import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges (if any) are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
Combining shipping.....Domestic Media Mail, please add $1. shipping per additional LP; for priority or int'l, please contact us first for shipping quote on additional items. We are always happy to combine shipping - but again, please let us know BEFORE paying so we can put all the items on one invoice and save you some money!
Shipping is based on actual shipping charges (including delivery confirmation in the US), and includes two dollars for record boxes/packing materials/handling.
