Playing Montreux Jazz Festival was one of the greatest musical honours I have ever been granted.

I am so enamoured and in awe of the history of all the artists who have stood on the stage we shared, a festival dedicated to celebrating and providing a platform for true musicianship.

I left the stage feeling the highest of highs.

The album features seven tracks, including her hits ‘Escapism’, ‘Genesis’ and an intense rendition of ‘It’s a Man’s Man’s Man’s World’, which James Brown sang at the Festival in 1981.


This is RAYE’s second live album, following her symphonic concert recorded at the Royal Albert Hall.
