General Policy & Shipping Info:
Your best way to predict the kind of buying experience you might have from me is to take a little closer look at my feedback.
If you do, I think a pretty clear and consistent pattern will emerge about what to expect from me in most situations.
- I combine purchases to save shipping.
- For records:
- Media Mail: Each additional LP is $1.00 Limit 4 per shipment
- Domestic Priority Mail: Each additional LP is $3.00 Limit 4 per shipment
- International First Class Mail: Each additional LP is $4.00 Limit 4 per shipment
- International First Class Mail, Canada: Each additional LP is $3.00 Limit 4 per shipment
I store and ship records separate from their covers (stops ring wear and seam splitting)
I ship all records using the following:
- special record mailer
- custom cardboard insert pads
- poly outer sleeve for each record
- heavy duty mailing tape...
- If you have made more than one purchase from me and you do not receive a combined item invoice, please let me know and I will send you one.
A Media Mail Caution: Media Mail users please read:
Usually this service is pretty good, and often it's faster than advertised, but it can be slower as well. It does happen, not very often, but it does. When it's slow, it's really slow...I've never lost a package shipped Media Mail, but I have had a couple take almost 3 weeks to arrive
- Refunds & Returns:
Money back if not satisfied when item is returned intact, complete and undamaged within 10 days of auctions close. Buyer pays return shipping in most cases. Please contact me before returning any item, however. I want you to be happy with the record....if you are not, I want to know about it
Shipping:
Shipping charges are actual cost, or as close as I can get...USPS are subject to change and do so quite often...if you think I'm in error with a shipping charge, please let me know and
I will correct it....
- International buyers please note:
You are responsible for all Customs duties and laws of your country. I will not change the value of the item to save customs duties, or for any other reason. Items held by customs are the responsibility of the buyer, as are any duties or other charges incurred.
The USPS does not offer insurance or tracking on First Class International Mail shipments. Priority and Registered Mail have tracking and are insurable but cost more Both are available upon request and recommended for items over $75.00 in value.
My phone number is: 415-386-6378 (it's PST)
