Please read carefully and understand which "condition" matches the record you are buying to avoid any possible disappointment. These records are from MY COLLECTION and have been played last by me. I rate them more by HOW THEY PLAYED on my vintage, well cared for Sansui turntable and played through Bose speakers. I want to be as fair and honest as I can be-however-if you are a collector I'm sure you are aware that all turntables are different, speakers are different and personal perception also plays a role. Most of my LPs have only been played a few times and were recorded to reel to reel years ago. They are all very nice and ready for a new owner. The covers and the sleeves are nice also. I've been on eBay since '99 and I don't need to work anyone over for a couple of bucks. My rating are how they played, not how they look. Looks can be very deceiving with records. I've been a collector for many years and am retired now and letting go of some items. This 33 RPM LP Record-The Beatles- 20 Greatest Hits- This one is VG+ See photos for songs. The sleeve is nice, the cover is pretty nice with faint "circular-ring" please see and magnify photos.
Records are shipped in "Record-Boxes" to prevent damage. If you are buying more than one record in the same time period, like within an hour or so- Wait for me to send you an invoice for a shipping discount. (for example-if you buy 2 records your cost will be the same as one record.) Should be placed in your shopping cart.
My feedback is 100% and I've been on eBay since 1999. I do not want to jeopardise my feedback score to make $1-$5 on a record, well not even that much after fees. .
How Do I Grade My Records??? I have hundreds of records in my personal collection. Since retiring, I have decided to part with my collection (after saving them to cassette and Cds). My records I have graded both visually AND by playing them. . Record Sleeves- ALL records sleeves will be in very nice condition.
NEAR MINT I will rarely use this rating. It implies that the record is near perfect and that the record should look as if it were brand new with maybe just some finger smudges.
Green Dot- Very Good + The record has been played but still has a really nice sound quality. Any “static” noise will be almost non-existent. May have minor visual blemishes that do not effect sound quality.
Yellow Dot-Very Good This record may have been enjoyed many times but still has a good sound quality. There could be some noticeable surface marks, but will still play well. Records in this condition are still quite collectable and can still sell for decent amounts if they are rare or a favourite type band.
Orange Dot-Good + This record has probably been played quite a bit and perhaps has not been shown the love it deserved. It will have more “static-noise” that is characteristic of older records. Still, not so distracting that you can’t enjoy an old favorite from back in the day.
Pink Dot-Good This record really has not been cared for properly-plain and simple. The record is playable, but you can expect to hear -perhaps throughout the record, much more “static-noise”. This record will have noticeable surface scratches and may be slightly warped-but still playable. I will not sell a record that won’t play well enough to at least enjoy hearing an old favorite-even if it does have noticeable “static”, clicks and pops.
POOR- I will NOT sell Poor Condition records on eBay. They are only for arts & crafts and not worth paying shipping on.
