Johnson, renowned for his more than 50 pioneering years of recording and equipment design, has always been at the forefront of high-resolution audio. Reference Recordings releases are considered by audiophiles to be some of the finest sounding record albums ever committed to vinyl. They are growing quite scarce and are very collectable.
Condition: Gatefold sleeve has minor ring wear. Two bottom corners are dull, top is sharp. Spine, top and bottom are nice with no signs of shelf wear, chipping or splits. There are no spindle marks on the label. Vinyl is clean, shiny and plays like new.

The Four Symphonic Impressions contain passages of amazing power which build upon a tranquil foundation. The fourth piece, in particular, rises from a calm opening into an unforgettable final climax. Reference Recordings has managed to capture the wide dynamic range of these impressions and package them on a disk that will test the limits of any stereo system.
