Audiophile Recording - SEALED
Note the "a word of explanation and a caution" from the back of the LP.
"In order to transfer to disc - Intact - the awesome dynamic range and low frequency impact of the Keith Johnson master tape, we chose to issue the "Symphonie fantastique" at 45 rpm, on three disc sides.  And, rather than leave the fourth side blank, we offer on Side 4 a bonus in the form of an extra copy of Side 3, which audio enthusiasts will play most often.
We realize, in releasing this recording in such non-compromise form, that few existing playback systems will be able to reproduce "March to the Scaffold" and "Dream of a Witches' Sabbath" satisfactorily at full symphonic levels.  When Sides 3 and 4 are first auditioned, we urge that the volume be kept low until the maximum undistorted playback level has been determined.
