Description

Legendary live tape of the beloved Replacements pressed to vinyl LP on Get Crap Records. Same band that brought us Let It Be, Tim, Pleased to Meet Me and other groundbreaking records is captured here in bootleg fashion at the Bowery in Oklahoma City in 1984 playing a full set of songs featuring goodies like "Can't Hardly Wait," "I Will Dare," "Lovelines" and a ton of neat covers like "Jailbreak," "Iron Man" and "Radio Free Europe." About 25 titles in all. It became the soughtafter Shit Hits the Fans tape and this is an Italian pressing. Back cover includes the whole story behind the recording, written by Bill Mack, the guy who captured it.
The vinyl is in outstanding shape. I only played it once. Angled in the light, I can see a slight line of some sort on the A-side not affecting play at all, but overall it's nice and clean and shiny, and the plain white labels at the center are pristine. The one real issue to point out is (as pictured) some tiny pin marks at a top corner, I guess from the previous owner. I don't know what they are. The spine is in great, great shape. See the pics and send me any questions you have.
Selling for $50, or make me a good offer. I'm attached to this LP but I have to thin out my collection. I'll pay for the shipping if the buyer is in the continental United States. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in this record, message me.
