Description
"The Magic is Back" is a scarce privately pressed album by Rhythm & Bliss, released in 1979. Often described as "folk psych" it strikes me as sort of a continuation of the California sunshine pop of the late 1960s, but after the participants have spent a further decade of communal living and naval gazing, so more laid back in that 70s California way. To tell the truth much of it sounds more AOR than psych to me, but certainly tunes like "Song of Earth and Sky" achieve a certain psychedelic vibe.
The album is in EX condition, with a few light scuffs. The cover is EX with a bit of edge wear, small indentation along the bottom edge, small bump at the top right corner. The lyric insert is included.
