Description
1972 album – Island Records ILPS 9197 – matrix A-1U / B-1U
Cover – excellent. The spine is perfectly flat. Slight crease on front cover parallel to spine. (See photo #5). Rear of cover showing some fading around edges.
The inner sleeve is the original light blue Island one.
Vinyl is in excellent condition. There are light surface marks – bag rash?
Label – excellent.
I have played both sides and the audio is excellent, with only the occasional crackle.

After 40 years, a lack of storage space says that it’s time to let go of my youth and sell my collection of 600 vinyl LPs.
I used to work in a record shop, so many of my LPs are first pressings. At the time I had an Ariston turntable, SME 3009 S2 tonearm and a Shure V15 Mk III cartridge. My records have been well looked after and stored in plastic sleeves.
My records are all original pressings, and not re-issues.
