Description

Up for auction is a SEALED copy of Rickie Lee Jones' 1979 self-titled album. This is no ordinary issue, this is a Mobile Fidelity issue. Catalogue number MFSL 1-089. Yes, this is a sealed copy in the trade mark "loose bag" to prevent cover and record warpage. Remastered from the original master tapes and designed for listening pleasure. Half-speed mastered. Pressed in Japan by Victor, also known as JVC. There is still a worn, but intact Record Factory (the record store) price tag on the back upper right-hand corner. The plastic bag is still in good shape, it has some wear from being shelved for twenty years. Go ahead and check out the photographs. Please forgive the dark spots or shadows as we do not have the best lighting set-up. Other than that there is not much else to say about this item.
