1970 UK 1st PRESSING APPLE LP
This NEAR MINT 1st UK pressing from 1970 is on the dark green Apple label: PCS 7101
It is housed in fully laminated 'Garrod & Lofthouse International Ltd.' printed cover.
Complete with its original plain white 'Patents No. 1,125,555,' inner-sleeve.
Matrix numbers: YEX 771-1U & YEX 772-1U

An immaculate pair with no more than two of three light spindle marks around each unworn centre hole.
Visual: NEAR MINT
Pristine, deep-gloss surface which are MINT in strong daylight with just a few barely visible wispy paper hairlines on close examination directly beneath my unforgiving powerful halogen desk lamp. Both sides of this pristine copy lie 100% flat on the turntable with no traces of any dishing or warping.
Play: NEAR MINT
Played no more than a few times on top-quality equipment, the sound quality is 'as new' throughout. There is no trace of any groove/play wear on any track or any noise or interference on the run-ins or bands between tracks. You won't need another copy of this.
Cover
EXCELLENT +
An extremely well-looked after and undamaged example with and clean & high-gloss front laminate which bears just a touch of storage rubbing but no ring-wear or 'thumbnail' creases front or rear. There are minute bruises to the corners but both opening edges appear untouched. Both seams and the fully worded spine are all smooth, unstressed & unworn.

Clean & white with nothing more than a some faint handling wrinkles but no creases, writing or seam splits.
