• 2014 vinyl LP pressing of trumpeter & composer Takuya Kuroda's Blue Note debut. "No one sounds like Takuya," says producer Jose James. "His tone, warmth and most of all his storytelling have inspired me for years. His writing is soulful, modern, and effortlessly bridges the gap between jazz and soul, and between history and tomorrow." Afrobeat rhythms play a crucial role throughout Rising Son, reflective of Kuroda's six-year participation in the New York-based Afrobeat ensemble, Akoya. Afrobeat's entrancing shuffle propels several of the album's tracks including the tantalizing "Afro Blues," one of the album's six original tunes on which Kuroda's spiky trumpet melody with urban swagger evokes Lee Morgan, one of Kuroda's significant influences along with Clifford Brown and Miles Davis. The album also features two Roy Ayers' gems - "Everybody Loves the Sunshine" & "Green & Gold."

*** If you have received an incorrect item due to an error made by WNY Inc., WE WILL PAY RETURN 
SHIPPING to get it back. If that happens, once we receive the incorrect item, we will ship out the correct 
item IMMEDIATELY.

*** At this time, WE DO NOT HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO PROVIDE A PREPAID MAILING LABEL. Instead, we 
will send over a small refund in the amount that we paid to ship the item. 

Please submit a receipt with the incorrect item showing what you paid for return shipping. This is just in 
case you have paid more than we sent to you. We would like to make sure you are reimbursed 100%.  

*** If you have received an item that is damaged during shipping, please email us IMMEDIATELY. We WILL ask to see pictures of the damage first. This is so we can place a damage claim with the shipping company. We do not want a damaged item back. We will issue a refund after proof of pictures has been received.  

*** IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE PICTURES OF THE DAMAGED ITEM WITH TAGS AS IT WAS SENT TO YOU, 
WNY Sales Inc. CANNOT ISSUE A REFUND.   

*** If you receive an item and realize that it just wasn't what you needed or wanted at this time, WE WILL ACCEPT THE RETURN. We WILL NOT PAY to have the unnecessary/unwanted item shipped back. 

Once we receive the unnecessary/unwanted item WE WILL ISSUE A FULL REFUND MINUS ORIGINAL 
SHIPPING COSTS PAID TO GET THE ITEM TO YOU. 

*** When returning an item UNDER 14 ounces, please use USPS FIRST CLASS. They are the cheapest to ship and usually offer FREE TRACKING. 

*** When returning an item that is OVER 14 ounces, please use USPS PRIORITY MAIL. They offer flat rate 
envelopes, boxes, as well as free tracking and insurance up to $50.  

*** When returning an item that is OVER-SIZED, or was shipped to you using Fed Ex or UPS, PLEASE SEND 
US A MESSAGE BEFORE RETURNING THE ITEM!!! WE WILL GIVE YOU INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO GET IT 
BACK TO US.  

*** Once you have mailed ANY item back, you will need to EMAIL US WITH THE TRACKING INFORMATION.  

*** We are a warehouse, and we have a lot of items coming and going everyday, we need to be aware of 
what is coming to us and when so that a staff member may be present at those times.  

*** IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TRACKING ON AN ITEM FOR A RETURN, AND WE DO NOT RECEIVE THAT ITEM, 
eBAY WILL NOT COVER YOU DURING A CLAIM. 

*** ALL ITEMS THAT ARE OVER $35 WILL NEED TO BE INSURED BEFORE YOU RETURN THEM TO US. (This is 
in case they are damaged or lost during shipment). 

*** WE WILL ACCEPT RETURNS UP TO 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT, AFTER THAT TIME, YOU 
WILL NEED TO CONTACT eBay.
