Description
Robbie Basho-Rainbow Thunder (Silver Label 1981). Rare original copy of Basho's excellent final album complete with insert and a cool handwritten letter from Basho to the American Indian Center's Chachi Soddard. He wrote the letter in January of '82 and sent it along with the record as a gift after seeing Soddard on television. He recommends certain songs he thinks Soddard would like, and writes that the second side should be listened to first because it's better. A cool little piece of history to go along with an excellent album.
Songs: Redwood Ramble, Crashing Thunder, Moving Up A'ways, Legend Of Mount Tampalpias, Rainbow Thunder, The Pathfinder, The White Buffalo, Home Again, The Long Lullaby, Black Hills Soliloquy.
Vinyl: Strong VG+-VG++ (there's a mild warp that tracks fine).
Cover: Strong VG+.
