Description

Here is an obscenely rare rockabilly 45 by The Gene Parson's Band on the Southfield label.  One side is Nite Club Rock And Roll with vocal by Kimble and Wanda Janes.  The other side is Toy Guitar featuring Buck Buffalo and Smilin' Roger Perry.  It doesn't get any better than this!  As I stated above, only two copies have ever been sold on ebay according to my research and they sold in 2005 so this record does not come up for auction very often. Visually, I would say that the record is a VG Minus.  It has lots of small surface scuffs and scratches and it has obviously been played. Sonically, I would grade it at a VG to VG Plus. It plays through on both sides with surprisingly little noise and no skips on my Technics SL-1100 with Grado cartridge.  It does have some ball point pen scribbling on the label of the Toy Guitar side. Matrix numbers are K8 OW 0857-1 and K8 OW 0856-1. Shipping is $4 US. International shipping will be handled by the ebay Global Shipping Program.  As such, international buyers may not know their actual shipping charges until after purchase.  Bid accordingly and ask questions before you bid.  The reserve is a low $99.  I set the auction for ten days because I can't ship it until after Christmas. Paypal Only! Note - The White spots near the label in the first picture are not on the record, they are a photo reflection.
