Wow...ok...so let's get this straight...this an original...in the original shrink. Now, that is highly unusual. Mid seventies i would assume. The vinyl comes housed in an original cover with white company inner. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete. Original owner confirms...barely played.
Vinyl (Nm) Is guaranteed to play and look like you just purchased it from the shop. Maybe a couple of superficial marks...perfect lustre.
Cover (Ex+) Again...this a one-time opportunity to bag a shop bought copy. Immaculate. The only possible wear Ii can make out is a slightest bump to bottom opening corner. 
Inner (Ex-) Light ageing in the middle. No splits.
