Description
Up for auction with no reserve is a rare 1992, original, tape to laquer, spectacular sounding, Roger Waters Amused to Death. One of the neatest things about this all analog record, is that it emerged at the height of CDs, and when the future of LP looked bleak. I call them the Dark Days of Vinyl, roughly 1991-994. Unfortunately, like many great LPs of this era it makes it a hard find.
The LPs were played a few times, four tops, on a Avid Sequel table with a SME arm and a Lyra Titan cartridge. The LPs are in excellent shape and make for that jaw-dropping experience that only top shelf analog provides. Sound stage and dynamics to die for. The cover is very good+ with the ring wear (see photo) that comes with double LPs stuffed inside thin jacket. They are some paper nics in the back of the jacket (see photo). Both LPs live in Japanese rice paper sleeves. They will be shipped outside of the jacket as well in a new LP mailer with card board inserts. The original inners have small tears see photo). Shipping is $6.95 Priority Mail and $3.95 via Media Mail to the lower 48 and includes insurance. Auction ends a 7:00 PM Pacific Time. Good luck!
