Description

Rare unboxed Decca label very early UK Mono Pressing of this classic Rolling Stones 1st Self Titled album from 1964 with rare Mona title on both record label and cover...

The vinyl is in lovely condition with minimal light hairlines  ..... just a little background noise on run ins and between tracks ..... plays superbly all the way through with no sticks, skips or jumps.....terrific powerful sound from this high quality very early UK pressing.....VG+

The original and rare front laminated MacNeill Press Ltd flipback sleeve with Mona as side one track four title to rear (see pic) has wear/scuffing to corners and wear/discolouration/feathering at opening including four or five small ingrowing tears the largest of which is at the front opening and is 25mm...others below 10mm .... a number of half-moons and cracks in front laminate and one 10mm tear at spine ...discolouration to wear..edges great  ...spine proud and fully legible....no writing anywhere......Fair to Good

Red Decca Mono LK 4605 Unboxed Grooved labels in superb condition with Mona as title to track four side one (see pic) XARL-6271-2A and XARL-6272-7A Matrices ....Also strange on this pressing there are only 1 Mother and 1 Stamper which are 1 and DG on side 1...there are no Mothers or Stampers on side 2 runout just a KT tax code....rare very early UK Pressing.......in lovely audio condition...
