Description
Rare and Original Red Decca Australian/OZ Mono press LP of 'Aftermath' by the Rolling Stones (the title on the cover and the spine is spelled After-math - UK tracklisting) w/ Laminated flipback cover - LKA 4786. ***Please note: The mastering on this lp is slightly different from the UK mono Aftermath with a bigger sound-stage and better bass definition overall ***
Matrix/Runout - Side 1: XARL-7209-5B / Side 2: XARL-7210-5A
The laminated cover is in VG condition with creasing near the corner edges and light wear on the back (see photo). Overall appearance is clean and sturdy with no splits, legible spine.
The Vinyl is visually in VG condition showing light marks and shallow, non-feelable scratches when held under a bright light. Surfaces show signs of play and the grooves are still nice without any significant wear. The vinyl is a thick pressing and many of the flaws do not affect the listening experience.
There are spindle marks on both sides of the labels (see photos). Plays mostly excellent with an occasional pop or tick, no skips and very little surface noise.
All records graded strictly to Goldmine standards. I have been buying and selling records for over 15 years and strive for accuracy when grading.
