Hi, my name is Tommy and I’ve been collecting records for many, many years now. I’ve taken the hard decision to sell off some of my collection due to it being to large and taking up too much room. So please look at my other listings, regrettable they’ve got to go. All my records are stored in protective plastic sleeves, standing upright with no pressure on them. Will be listing many more over the next few months..:(
Listed here is a album by Rolling Stones titled Beggars Banquet. This is a UK 1st Original Pressing on Decca SKL 4955. This is a stereo copy on the Original Decca UNBOXED logo label. These original unboxed Decca pressings are very sort after. This album is a rock classic and is a corner stone in any good collection.
Matrix numbers: XZAL-8476-2K / XZAL-8477-2K
Both sides of the album are in VG condition. There is a bit of minor/light background Noise/Static, most noticeable between the tracks and in quieter places, but can be heard during normal play in places. A good clean would make all the difference. NO skips, NO Jumps, few very light/quiet clicks in places, few very quiet pops. There are quite a few tiny hairline scratches that don’t effect play, two of which do cause the quiet clicks mentioned above, however they are only a few mm long. All that said it is still is very enjoyable to listen too.
The gatefold sleeve is in EX condition. NO marks, NO stains, NO pen names, very minor spine wear(see photo), NO ring wear. NO tears or rips. Some very minor creasing, NO edge wear. Got a lovely shine to it. (see photos)
Inner EX+ and Labels VG+ condition. Smallest amount spindle marks, NO writing, there are two tiny dot marks on label(see photo)

Also INCLUDED in this auction is a FREE 1st ORIGINAL UK MONO UNBOXED LP of the beggars banquet album. I’m throwing this in free as I don’t have the sleeve for this album, only record and inner. Now to the grading of it.
Even though there is no sleeve it has been very well cared for. Both sides of the album are in EX condition. There is some very minor/light background noise/static, which is only really noticeable between the tracks, run-ins. NO SKIPS, NO JUMPS, NO CLICKS, couple of light pops. NO SCRATCHES, couple of tiny hairline scratches that DON’T effect play.
Matrix Numbers: XARL-8476-4A / XARL-8477-3A
Inner and Labels in EX condition. Few spindle marks, NO WRITING.
