1968 Decca LK 4955 XARL-8476-4A / XARL-8477-3A Disc: EX+ shiny and clean with crisp matrix numbers and no defects in pressing - some very light (very) sleeve scuffs that you only worry about if looking throuh a magnifying glass in strong light. Otherwise perfect. Plays sweeeet. | Labels: VG++ trace spindle marks on clean labels | Sleeve: EX- full laminate outer gatefold, plain card print inside and all surfaces are relatively undamaged and clean. Just a little very light occasional denting to laminate near spine and in top right corner of front, this is really splitting hairs! Original inner sleeve in EX condition!(We use the standard Record Collector grading system)

Original Gloss laminate gatefold sleeve and original correct inner sleeve all in great condition.
One of the last classic 'mono' mixes featuring a really punchy mix of Sympathy for the Devil.
One of the most sought after 'Stones LPs because of the fabulous sound quality of this original mono mix.
Of course being on Decca the manufacturing quality is second to none and this represents a high water mark in the quality of LP making.
Musically you all know this album I bet but the sound, especially when cranked up to high volume is amazingly strong and clear compared to the wimpy stereo mix. Just listen to the bassline in 'Sympathy...' for instance. Low low low.
