Description
The Rolling Stones – England’s Newest Hit Makers
London Records LL 3375 – MONO – Made in U.S.A.
Very nice early U.S. copy of the Rolling Stones’ 1964 debut album, complete with the original full-color Rolling Stones photo insert, which is in exceptional condition.
Vinyl: Cleaned and carefully inspected. Vinyl is glossy and exceptionally clean for its age. Any questionable areas were play-checked with no problems noted.
Matrix / Runout:
ARL 6291 / ARL 6292
Includes the additional small machine-stamped/etched mark shown clearly in the photographs.
These early ARL matrices are important collector identifiers for the original-era U.S. London pressings. Earlier stampers are particularly desirable to collectors and listeners because they place the record closer to the original mastering/pressing period.
Cover: Original London mono jacket. Please see photographs for the exact condition and normal age-related wear.
Original Photo Insert: Included and in exceptional condition — no tears, writing, or significant creasing noted. These inserts were frequently removed or lost, so finding an early copy still complete with its original photo is a major plus.
A very attractive, complete early copy of an essential Rolling Stones album.
