This album includes following 20 live tracks, though the title indicates “22 tracks”. The gate-fold cover is fine-textured outside, showing “Japanese description” inside. It’s hard to find this item even in my country. Scarce item from far east to serious collector.

Condition: G+/NM (Cover/Disc)

COVER: Cover is good in condition, except for partly worn corners & outer-edges. It’s stained in light brown on the top-rim & folding center inside gate-fold, while being clean on front & back. It has otherwise none of any tear, ring-wear, dent, strip & writing...OK.

DISC: Disc is nearly TOP in condition, keeping glossy. It has a spindle-mark on the label of SideB ( but none on that of SideA ). It has otherwise none of any scuff, scratch & hairline, which can be rated as "NM". No flaw on the groove…very clean disc, I guarantee you.

OBI: VG, being lightly creased on each side, while being lightly discolored on the left-rim of back, and top-rim of front.

INSERT: G+, being stained with brown specks on the top-rims of each page.
