Hi, my name is Tommy and I’ve been collecting records for many, many years now. I’ve taken the hard decision to sell off some of my collection, so I can concentrate my collection in one specific area. So please look at my other listings. All my records are stored in protective plastic sleeves, standing upright with no pressure on them. Will be listing many more over the next few months..:(
Listed here is a RARE album by The Rolling Stones titled No 2. This is a UK Original 1st Pressing on Decca LK 4661. This mono copy is pressed on the very collectable Decca label. The record label is red, has the UNBOXED Decca logo and is grooved, which only the first pressings had. What makes this record RARER than most is that it has the ‘blind man text’ on the sleeve. This text was found to be offensive and was quickly withdraw and replaced. The laminated sleeve is printed by ‘James Upton Ltd.’ and is complete with original company inner sleeve. Also has the early first press matrix numbers.

VINYL - Both sides of the record are in EX condition. Trace of light/minor background noise/static, which is only really noticeable on the run-in’s/run-out’s and between the tracks, and even then it’s hardly noticeable. NO Skips, NO Jumps, NO Sticking, there are a few light pops. There are a few light hairline scratches, which doesn’t affect the sound quality, apart from one tiny one on side two (about 2mm long) that produces a couple of light clicks.
SLEEVE - The front laminated sleeve is in VG condition. NO spine wear (text is all readable), tiny trace of edge wear on opening. NO splits, there are a few light creases. NO Ring wear. There is a little nick on rear opening (about 1cm long) and number was been written in top left corner of rear, it is very small (see photo) and there are a few discolouration spots on the back too. Still has that lovely Shine/sheen to it.
Labels - The labels are in EX condition. There are some spindle marks, NO Writing, pen marks or Graffiti.
Inner – The original inner is in VG+ condition. NO Tears, NO Rips, it’s a little discoloured in places and there are a few creases.
(note: never grade Mint as I believe once it’s been played, even just once it’s no longer Mint)
