Description: 12" vinyl release LP by The Rolling Stones - No.2. Early (1st?) UK pressing - 6619-2A/6620-1A. In original correct "Handling,playing" poly lined inner.Red unboxed decca labels . James Upton laminated sleeve. Record label and cat number : Rolling Stones Decca LK4661 Country of release: U.K Year of Release: 1965 Vinyl/Cover condition: VG/VG. Vinyl is very clean. Has a few light surface lines/marks, none of which can be felt with the fingertip. Ive just finished playing it now! There are certainly no skips or jumps or anything near that, no repetetive clicks either. There is some background noise- Ive played the record on my decent deck (Ariston RD80 transcription) and my old Aiwa deck. It sounds VG- on the ariston due to the background noise but VG+ on the old deck. There is no distortion and the surface crackle is mainly between songs. The music is still loud and prominent. Certainly no skips or jumps. This was my best copy until recently and Im kind of regretting getting a better record deck now!!. Ill give it a VG overall- its visually VG and averages VG between the 2 decks. Cover has light edge wear , moderate corner wear and moderate creasing. Age related discoluration to back of sleeve (photo 3). Decent fully ledgible spine spine. Nice clean labels with moderate spindle lines. Obviously no writing or rips . Original inner clean , no rips or writing, poly intact but with age related discolouration. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER ROLLING STONES AND CLASSIC ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading System as follows:- MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN GOOD MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. ALL OVERSEAS ORDERS (AND SOME UK ) HAVE CORNERS REINFORCED.
