With nr mint- lenticular sleeve! IMPOSSIBLE to locate ! Album sleeve has the glossiest front/reverse faces I have ever had the pleasure to view. The pictures do not do th album sleeve justice. FINAL UPGRADE on the sleeve as it is absolutely glass like and appears visually stunning ! Amazing album gatefold with a thick laminate coat hardly handled and placed inside a record box for storage! Sky blue ,Open Decca label format-wide ridged .Both labels are excellent, with silver text unfaded with no hand writing, nor ugly blemishes. Excellent examples of this stunning Stones 1st issue release, becoming harder to track down and getting increasingly more difficult to acquire in respectable condition .

After matrix 1P, a hand etched diagonal numeric one ,had to be placed alongside the incorrect 1P, to  correct the matrix !! These first pressings had to be hand corrected ,as 1P had been incorrectly machined on to vinyl run off ,ONLY found on these very first issues !! Great collector’s item !!!

Sleeve AWESOME!

THE original MONO gatefold sleeve . Very hard to find in this remarkable condition . Opening gatefold with 3 D Image in nr mint- condition . The plastic, lenticular 3D image , has hardly any scratching , if angled . This first issue gatefold appears almost factory new, as the outer faces reflect a tremendous gloss ,which I have never seen before, from this particular album cover. Awesome glaze with no serious flaws at all . One minor crease toward opening edge but quite honestly, one will not see a better example of this glorious sleeve. FINAL UPGRADE FOR SURE!The reverse face is just as stunning as the front , with a glorious mirror like sheen , seldom witnessed when viewing a 40 year old vintage album cover…incredible visual.

Spinal column is incredibly smooth to the touch, with no splitting of the laminate. The lamination is very tight with no lifts and is just truly amazing to view and to feel..

Centrefold -excellent inner faces . Just some fading on maze in one area but so fresh and clean . No writing on maze .Colours are very vibrant with a high energy/ movement visual from the psychedelic display.

 NO damage to report at all and so rare to find in this stunning condition. Beautiful mono sleeve , worth a fortune in itself. Incredible gatefold.

Complete with red cloud ,1st issue ,inner sleeve, obviously not used very often for vinyl storage , in fantastic condition. NO seam splits, no rips ,nor tears !!! Nick on very top opening edge at sides only. Excellent condition with red coloration unfaded .

Excellent aural delivery . When I first heard this record play in MONO, I realised why this version is so highly sought after by avid collectors worldwide !! Tones have a razor sharp edge and are delivered with a pinpoint precision, like no other ! Every guitar string, each percussion beat is heard ,oh so distinctively , giving the audio a delightful perception.  Engineered to the highest standards of craftsmanship .Side 1 last track, a couple of the faintest ticks ,which infuse with the weird music tones, so does little to affect music presentation. Again later, a few faint ticks from a couple of surface marks, if listening really hard ,but again do not disturb the listener.  Tones rise above any surface disturbance, to produce one of the very best deliveries, from this massive Stones classic. There is still some dust lifting from the grooves and any static detected, will subside, the more  this record is played  .Quite sensational tones heard through a monotone perspective. Nothing can beat it !

Vinyl

Highly polished surfaces . Side 1- One mark visible across last mini track, 1mm in length . Side 2 One ultra faint hairline, extends across four tracks plus the odd faint, sleeve removal ,hairline .Excellent visual as the mirror like surfaces ,make it quite difficult to pick up these minor surface blemishes.

A sensational example, of one of the best Stones albums ,ever to be produced and the album sleeve is virtually near mint, a breath taking exhibit, not to be missed.
