Notes 1st pressing of this fantastic psychedlic LP from 1967. 3D Sleeve and red and white inner - complete and MONO!!This record is part of my personal collection that I have been recently sorting through with the intention of selling duplicates of discs I don't need. Some of my current records for sale on eBay are *highly* collectible, so please take a look at my other current auctions. Postage discounts are of course available.
Here is the brilliant 1967 Rolling Stones LP "Their Satanic Majesties Request" in mono. It's on the early unboxed logo, pale blue ridged label and is complete with red and white innersleeve and mono 3D gatefold sleeve. The disc itself isn't in perfect condition but the sleeve is fantastic! A chance to own an original mono pressing of this famous album.
Vinyl Visual: VG-
There are numerous marks over both sides but there are no feelable scratches. It's a used and loved LP but it isn't in too bad condition, there is still a lot of shine and gloss which as you know isn't easy to find on these well-played Decca Stones LPs!!
Vinyl Audio: VG (+)
Strong mono mix! Some crackle on the run-ins which diminish later on. There is a persistent light background noise throughout, although it does clear up quite a lot in some places. It doesn't detract from the audio. No skips on my turntable. Very Good condition overall. Not a NM copy, but certainly respectable!
Vinyl Labels: EX
Nice! There is the usual spindle scratching on both sides but there's hardly any visible spindle wear. Clean and sharp silver text - great!
Sleeve: EX
The original 1967 gatefold sleeve is gorgeous! As usual I'll state the flaws first. There are some light scratches on the raised 3D image which aren't deep enough to be feelable but they are there. There is *very* minimal wear on the corners of the sleeve. There are no laminate creases or bends on this sleeve! I'm amazed at how well this has stood the test of time. The mouth is very sharp and unworn. This has been a well-cared for sleeve. I can't really say much more about it!
Inner Sleeve: VG-
This comes with the correct red and white inner which isn't in bad condition except for a neat split down one side that extends almost completely down one side. This is a shame as the rest of the inner is in great shape, minimal creasing overall and a little wear on the opening edge. These are notoriously hard to find in perfect condition - my personal "keeper" copy of this LP took me about 3 years to find with a NM inner.

- Securely packaged in a custom mailer with cardboard sheets inside for protection. If you'd like further packing inside let me know and I'll see what I can do.
- Cash is accepted but sent TOTALLY at the winning bidders risk. This is not an advised method of payment and as such I will accept no responsibilty for loss of monies in the post.
- Returns are accepted if there is a genuine problem with the item you have received from me, although I'm not responsible for damage in the post. I'm very careful with packaging - I send my items the way I like to receive them!! I will not be responsible for postage costs for returns. I reserve the right to refuse a return if I believe the circumstances to be unworthy and/or dubious.
- If the item is not sent by recorded delivery or with insurance (the buyer's choice) then I can not be held responsible if the item gets lost in the post. If the unfortunate does happen then I always get a roof of postage receipt and will help you as much as I can.
