ROLLING STONES - 'THEIR SATANIC MAJESTIES REQUEST'
This NEAR MINT UK stereo 2nd pressing dates from 1969 and is on the green/silver boxed Decca label: TXS.103
Matrix numbers: ZAL-8126-T2-5K & ZAL-8127-T2-6K
Stamper codes: 2/KA & 1/HU
Disc weight: 145g
Housed in an outer laminated 'Robert Stace' printed MONO gatefold cover with a 3-D front panel & a 'STEREO' sticker on the rear.
Complete with its original red & white 'smoke' design lined inner-sleeve.

A clean & unblemished set with just a single tiny faint spindle trail around each unworn centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
Both playing surfaces are clean & glossy with just one or two tiny light marks visible on each side in strong daylight. Closer examination directly beneath my unforgiving, powerful halogen desk lamp reveal little more than a few harmless wispy inner-sleeve removal hairlines but no further marks or wear. Both sides of this superb copy lie 100% flat on the turntable when playing.
Play: EXCELLENT +
This great sounding copy has clearly received no more than a few careful plays on good equipment as the sound throughout is clean, warm and clear with no evidence of any groove/play-wear distortion on any track or in either channel. My single careful play-check at volume uncovered a little light background at the beginning of 'Sing This All Together' and a few light ticks at the end of this track, there were no further significant audible distractions anywhere.
Cover: NEAR MINT
A fine clean, strong & totally unworn example retains an immaculate clean & undamaged front panel without any creasing or rubbing to its high-gloss laminate. Apart from light bruising to the upper left & lower right corners there really is little else to fault. The rear panel is as fine as front with no creasing or wear to the laminate. The inside of the gatefold is 'as new' and both panels are unblemished. The spine is fully intact and unbent with no damage or teas to either ends & all the wording is covered and complete.
Inner-sleeve: NEAR MINT
A clean & unworn example with a few gentle storage bends but no writing, seam splits or tears.
