The Rolling Stones 1978 LP Some Girls FIRST PRESSING with ORIGINAL  CELEBRITY SLEEVE and DIE CUT COVER  The cover of the original album was a die cut with peep-holes so you could see the faces of members of Rolling Stones and female celebrities pictured on the innersleeve.  Shortly after release the cover was withdrawn due to legal issues and a new designed inner sleeve without the celebrity faces was launched.  Even later releases were made without peep-holes and with hand-drawn sketches on the cover. Tim Hinkley was flown into Paris, in the midst of an Elkie Brooke tour, to record on this album. Chris Kimsey replaced Ian's performance with Tim's performances. There are various interviews which document this as well as his Wikipedia page and numerous neighbouring rights societies' records.

Dark Blue-Pink-Green-Yellow Version. B/W (Liza Minnelli) side of inner sleeve has COC 39108 in right upper corner.

Alternative 1st cover from Plant "RI" with Some Girls celebrity faces

Shortly after release, this version was withdrawn and the celebrity faces included on the inner sleeve were removed.
