Description
Here's a one of the more sought after LP's, The Rolling Stones 1971 Sticky Fingers LP, original early pressing on the Rolling Stones label, number COC 59100.
This is the original version with the Andy Warhol designed image and working zipper cover!
These are getting rarer and rarer to find, as collectors are scooping them up, especially in the NM condition.
This album is a strong VG (vinyl, play graded) and VG cover also. The vinyl has some scratches, and some surface noise while playing, but plays thru ok and is still a very enjoyable listen. The label is in VG+ condition.
The cover has some minor creasing, especially above the zipper (very common) and corner wear. There is also a small (1/4" to 1/2") tear on the mid-spine. The zipper works very smoothly! See numerous photos provided for more detail.
Also included is the original inner paper sleeve, that is in pretty good shape except for a partial split on one side.
FINE PRINT:
Thank you for viewing my auction. These records are from my personal collection, many are duplicates of ones I already own. Therefore, the majority I have listed have not been play graded for the entire length of the album. Most are visually graded only. I am not a professional record dealer, so I’m not 100% schooled on grading records (keep that in mind when bidding). Although, I am a fanatical record collector, so I do have experience in buying records and thoroughly enjoying them! I try to list everything that is wrong with the record and cover that I can. I may not always catch writing on the labels, so if that’s a concern please ask before bidding. I also don’t grade the paper inner sleeves, and sometimes don’t know whether the one that’s there is original. If that’s important to you, again please ask prior to bidding. Many of my records will come with a new and clean paper or poly-lined paper inner sleeve and all will be shipped with a poly outer sleeve in a proper LP mailer.
Please feel free to ask questions, I don’t want to have to deal with unhappy buyers or buyer’s remorse. But, this is not my full time job, so please allow 24 hours or so for me to respond. I’ll try to answer last minute questions, but can’t guarantee it.
All LP’s will be shipped media mail, unless other means are requested for an additional fee.
I will combine shipping. $1 for each additional LP. For now I will ship to only the USA.
If you buy more than 1 LP and want to combine shipping, please wait for invoice total before paying.
