Description

This is for a  Rolling Stones Their Satanic Majesties Request London Long Playing NPS-2 Vinyl 12 inch  record. It has the glue on 3-D picture on the front. It is a scare version with labels on each side that has the LONDON name and says Long Playing under that. It is a stereo record from what I understand. It says NPS-2 with side 1 on one side and side 2 on the other. The record plays good and the side 1 has whats looks to be some finger prints and a couple of light scratches or rub marks which do not effect the play of the record. The side 2 looks like new other than the fact it seems to attract dust as does side 1. I played the album completely through both sides and it played just like it was brand new. Side 1 says ZAL 8126 -1F  1  BELL SOUND.and Side 2 says ZAL 8127-1E  1  BELL SOUND between the last song and the label. I do not know what these numbers and letters mean or what Bell Sound means but I wanted to try and list everything I could about the classic and scarce version of this Rolling Stones record released in December of 1967.

The record sleeve has 2 slight splits on the edges about 3" long on one side and maybe 2" on a second side. Overall, it is a very nice well taken care of record that was probably played when it was new more than 46 years ago and then probably wasn't played until I tested it. The cover folds out with beautiful pictures in the inside, a awesome 3-D picture glued on the front and more artwork on the back of the cover as well as the Album name the songs from the front side, back side. There is some wear on the cover as can be expected with slight corner wear and a small split on one edge wear the album goes in the cover. I would say the overall condition of everything is VG+ or better without trying to over grade the record. It may be really under graded but the only reason I said it is VG+ is due to the couple of minor splits on the sleeve and cover and surely not anything to do with the record. I used all 12 pictures to try show all aspects of the complete record as I could so you can see everything for yourself. Please look closely at all the pictures and judge for yourself. From some research I did, this label was a scarce variation as it has the Long Playing which is usually for a mono record but this is a stereo version I believe. I am not an expert by any means on records but I have a lot of them and will be selling some of them off as time permits. Please ask any questions you might have before bidding as all sales are final. I will guarantee that both sides play like they should.

Please contact me at 5133778650 with any question for fast and easy access to reaching me as my dad has stage 4 cancer and I spend a lot of my time with him. You can message me thru Ebay but it may take a while to receive an answer back. I listed 3 days as handling time but I try and get them out much quicker than that. Tuesdays and Thursdays are bad days for me to ship as my Dad get Chemo treatments and I take him to the cancer center for his treatments.
