Description
You are bidding on an unboxed Decca very early mono pressing of the Rolling Stones 1967 classic album ‘Their Satanic Majesties Request’. (Mono TXL 103) This is the rarer blue mono recording and is a beautifully looked after copy in outstanding condition. The only mark is a slight hairline mark on the final track of side 2, which has no effect on the rich sound. (All my records are played on a Project Debut turntable with Rogers speakers).
I would therefore grade Side 1 as ‘excellent’ and Side 2 as ‘excellent –‘.
The gatefold cover is also in outstanding condition with little or no marking and the 3d hologram is completely unspoiled. The spine is also in excellent condition. Overall I would therefore grade the cover as ‘Excellent +’.
The record comes complete with the original red cloud Decca inner sleeve. The vinyl run-off codes are ARL 8126 T2 2K and ARL 8127 T2 2K
This is a wonderful opportunity for any serious record collector to own an absolutely indispensable album from 1967. You really cannot afford to miss out!

The cover and any other items are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc + or - indicates a grading in between categories
