You are bidding on an original copy an album with probably the best-designed cover I have seen.
The laminated gatefold picture sleeve has a front panel that gives the effect of a 3-d image, the correct title for this little bit of magic is lenticular and the image changes depending on what angle you view the cover from.
I will not be using the record collector grading system as the detailed description (Warts and All) will disclose far more than a VG or Excellent comment ever could.
The vinyl plays through from start to finish with no jumps, sticks or Skips, and whilst the vinyl retains its sheen and gloss there are some marks on both sides of the vinyl. These marks to not ruin the sound of the music but there are background ticks, pops and crackles in places, more noticeable before and after the tracks and during the quiet moments.
The marks that are on the vinyl do not appear to be deep and I could not feel them with my fingers
The outer sleeve shows some mild storage and handling use, the lenticular panel performs well although there are some light marks on it. The cover displays a 1 inch tear at the top of the sleeve on the front, it has been re-glued and there detailed images of this issue above. The spine is very clear and intact.
There is some drawing on the inside cover near the maze and also a squiggle in the centre of the maze.
There is some light scuffing to the top seam on the back part of the gatefold but it is not a seam split.
The inner sleeve is present but due to seam splits on all three sides the inner sleeve has been repaired fro the inside to make it serviceable, unless you look inside however you would not know and even them you might miss the repairs.
I said that the description would tell you all including the warts but I have described it honestly, I have played the record through and I have not modified this item without disclosing it with you above, I too buy records on ebay and know what liars and cheats there are peddling there over graded tatt. They are banking on buyers accepting second best and not complaining, you will NOT get this poor service from me.
