Description
1972 original first press black vinyl LP with picture inners and gatefold boxy picture sleeve.
The records are both original first pressings, in fantastic condition with no marks or scratches anywhere, both play beautifully throughout. The labels are clean and undamaged.
Matrix numbers are:
COC69100-A1
COC69100-B1
COC69100-C1
COC69100-D2
The inner sleeves are both the original picture ones, but it looks like the one housing the second record is the later German one rather than the original Shorewood packaging one. Both are in near mint condition with no seam splits or damage to the edges at all.
The outer gatefold sleeve is of the early 'box' design with a deep spine. It is a little worn along the edges and along the outer spine but otherwise is in excellent condition. It is the original UK Shorewood packaging sleeve.
The item does not, sadly, come with the original white paper inners or the set of 12 postcards, but otherwise is a superb example of a now very rare pressing of this LP.
