There are no spindle marks on the center labels or other marks on the vinyl, so I believe it has never been played. There is a what appears to be a decolorated smear inside the vinyl itself (I think it can only be seen because the vinyl is clear). I have added a few pictures of this more up close (SEE PICTURES)
