I’m not a record collector so here’s my grading system: NM - looks like new, shiny, very minimal, if any, visible marks/scratches/damage, may have loose dust that will come off with a record brush.  Minimal, or no playing-scuff on the label/hole.  EX – shiny, no serious looking marks/damage, may be dusty or have fingerprint or light scratches but nothing that appears to affect to playability. Light playing scuff on label/hole.  VG – some general light scratches (nothing devastating), dust, fingerprints, etc.  May add a (+) or (-) to any grade.  Any special problems, such as writing on label, will be noted.  Seriously damaged discs have already been culled from this group.

Unless otherwise specified, shipping is by U.S. mail.  The rate quoted in the listing is for shipping within the "lower 48" United States only and includes insurance.  I will quote on international S&H.  THE RATE QUOTED IN THE "DESCRIPTION" TEXT SUPERCEDES ANY AND ALL OTHER RATES GENERATED BY EBAY'S PRE-FORMATTED LISTING PAGES.     

To cover incidental expences I add approximately $1 to the actual cost of shipment, including if necessary, the cost of packing materials.  Due to the extreme variances in postal rates for local vs. cross-country, flat-rate Priority vs. regular Priority, and Parcel Post, and size and weight up-charges, it is often necessary to quote a RANGE of shipping charges in the listing to be fair to all buyers.  After the item sells and is packed and I know where it is going I will send you an invoice with the exact shipping charge.  In no event will that charge be higher than the highest rate stated in the listing. 

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: I regularly ship overseas and have not had any items lost or damaged by international mail in ten years; however, since there is no practical way to recover the value of lost or damaged packages shipped internationally I will not be responsible for items lost or damaged, or delayed by your customs service.  Please bid accordingly.
