Description

ALL LPS HAVE BEEN PLAY TESTED FROM START TO FINISH ON BOTH SIDES FOR GRADING PURPOSES

I am clearing out my classical music record collection and will be listing approximately 500 records over the next few months.

Each record and its cover are graded in line with the record collector grading system as noted below. I have play tested each record prior to listing. This is not just a best guess based on visual examination.

Each record has been cleaned prior to listening.

Title / Composer etc and additional notes

Record Condition-  visually all 6 lps are in excellent condition with some minor signs of play. having listened to all 6 lps from start to finish throughout all 12 sides all records play in very good + / excellent condition withthe occasional crackle. The sound is strong and vibrant for 59 year old mono recordings. The Brunswick label was a branch of the Decca record company. the lps were pressed on heavyweight 190 gram vinyl.

Cover Condition- the  paper slleeves are all in very good condition with some minor defects here and there but nothing major - just some general signs of age. each record comes in its original plastic inner sleeve.

Postage and Shipping Costs

The postage costs listed are for one LP if you wish to purchase more please contact me for a quote as all shipments will be based on total weight.

I am happy to post internationally and will combine shipments for more than one purchase. Please contact me for a quote on specific items.

All records will be removed from the outer over to minimise risk of damage.

Records will be posted in professional cardboard cruciform mailers along with two cardboard stiffeners to protect the record.

I am using UK Royal Mail and will not be using any other alternative, as it is too time consuming to arrange couriers etc.

Grading Used

Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening of sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
