Along with AC/DC and the Angels Rose Tattoo were the originators of the Australian 70's Hard Rock sound. Formed out of the ashes of Buster Brown & Buffalo by Pete Wells & Angry Anderson and also featuring in the initial line-up Ian Rilen (X) on bass who co-wrote their debut single "Bad boy for love", Rose Tattoo's debut album is a no holds bar hard rock album featuring some lovely slide playing by Wells, featuring two of their finest singles Rock 'N' roll outlaw and Bad boy for love and produced by the mighty Vanda & Young (Easybeats). Influential on many overseas artists including Guns N Roses this is the defining moment for Rose Tattoo and what better way to hear it than on an original OZ pressing...

Tracks : Rock 'N' roll outlaw/ Nice boys/ The butcher and Fast Eddy/ One of the boys/ Remedy/ Bad boy for love/ T.V./ Stuck on you/ Tramp/ Astra Wally.
