Mega Rare LP of Roy Eldridge & Dizzy Gillespie - Roy & Diz #2 (Clef MGC-671 - mono) Original black labels with DSM trumpeter logo and deep groove on both sides. Great trumpet battle between the two masters also features Oscar Peterson, Ray Brown, Herb Ellis and Louis Bellson in an acknowledged classic that no serious jazz collector can be without.
The LP is in solid VG+ condition with some marks that will make a bit of noise - not for the audiophile, but certainly not trashed either - actually really nice for a fifty year old LP. Still has most if not all of the original shine. The David Stone Martin cover is in solid VG+ condition with a bit of general age/shelf wear and a stamp on the back liner. NO tape, NO splits, NO writing, NO stickers. Not exactly perfect, but a strong piece of jazz history.
