UK 7" EP issued on London Records (RE-U 1274) in 1961.
From my father's collection and for sale here in much better condition than usually found. The laminated sleeve is EXCELLENT+ as is the disc and label. Very light odd surface mark but plays close to MINT. This is the copy you've been looking for!
