This auction is for TWO 12" ACETATE ALBUMS FOR THE ROY YOUNG BAND - CUT AT THE TRIDENT STUDIOS , CIRCA EARLY 1970'S. The first acetate is ONE SIDED ONLY, it has five tracks and they have been listed in pen on the label as follows; 1 She's gone away 2 Fortune teller 3 Turn on your lovelight 4 Baigoll aigocks ? 5 Lillybelle. The second acetate has 4 tracks on one side and 1 track on the other side, these tracks have not been listed/named, I have not tried to identify the tracks but they are all very good tracks, Roy Young at his best. Great music, GREAT RARE ACETATES.... I have played the acetates on two different systems, and although visually they do have some marks and light scratches, they do play very well, some crackles here and there, but overall rates very good play wise, visually, very good - , the first acetates labels are dis-coloured, while the second acetates labels are brighter. BOTH ACETATES APPEAR TO BE STEREO. The acetates come in an old, TRIDENT sleeve (only one), with new white inner sleeves. I TAKE GREAT CARE WHEN SENDING MY RECORDS, SO THE ITEMS WILL BE VERY WELL WRAPPED ETC... All the items I am currently auctioning came from a close, trusted friend, who used to work in the music industry in the 1960's ,1970's and 1980's. Please note that any white/green 'flashes' on the images was caused by my cameras flash, when photoing the items for this auction. The items are 100% genuine and from the time. When grading my items I follow the Record Collectors grading guide issued in the magazine. Again, I take great care when packaging and sending my items.
